Independent Audit Services:
Performing the independent external audit of our clients’ financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards and Turkish Accounting Standards (TFRS/TAS) issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (POA), which is in line with IFRS, within the framework of International Auditing Standards and Turkish Auditing Standards issued by POA, and by taking into account Mazars’ quality criteria; auditing companies’ annual reports pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code and offering custom audit services addressing various needs of the companies.
Auditing the compliance of tax and accounting practices with applicable law and determining tax planning tools (certification and revision services, tax planning) in accordance with the taxpayers’ situation.
VAT Return Services:
Regulating the relations between the taxpayer and the tax office during the VAT refund process within the framework of the arrangements established by the tax office and included in the regulations; preparing CPA reports required for in cash or on account refund transactions.
